Delivering training online
Thirteen branches and groups donated £56,360 towards the training of new AVs.

Project update: Last year we trained 21 new AVs. Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic we’ve now launched a new online learning journey and have over 40 new volunteers who have started or are waiting to start online AV training . The new approach involves a mixture of individual e-learning and live classroom training delivered via Zoom by our area support coordinators (ASCs) and video resources. We continue to invest in the development of remote learning opportunities going forward into 2021.
