There are now quite a few support Groups in the area, mostly on-line, for those living with MND and their carers. They are held both during the day and in the evening, often monthly. A friendly laid-back space to meet others living and affected by MND. Takes place on Sundays, every 2 months, from 2-4 pm online and in person:

A friendly and supportive online group for people living with and affected by MND. Takes place on the first Wednesday of the month from 11am-Noon.

Tea, coffee & a catch up peer to peer support group. An informal online peer-to-peer support group offering an opportunity to share ideas and meet others living with and affected by MND. Takes place on the third Tuesday of the month from 11.00am-12.30pm.

For people living with MND who continue to work, to come together to share experiences in a relaxed, safe and supportive way.
