We recognise the essential contribution you make to our work and our policies and guidelines are designed to protect you and people living with MND.

This section contains the policies, guidance and other documents which underpin the way we work. They are the foundation on which your involvement is based and they help to give structure and consistency to all the aspects that affect you.

Being able to refer to a written policy ensures that decisions are not made on an ad-hoc basis, and that all our volunteers are treated equally and fairly. They also enable you to know where you stand and offer some security. You know how you can expect to be treated and where you can turn to if you feel that things are going wrong.
